The next stop on the Monster Drags 2001 tour is the TWA Dome, and 5 of the top Monster Drags competitors were there.   The points leader Cory Scwhab is here with the team Bigfoot T-Wrecks.  Dan DeFalco has been falling behind in racing but is stepping up in freestyle, he`s here in Grave Digger 14. C.J. Bar is here with the Wrechead.com chevrolet. Max is normally in Spiderman but tonight, he`s driving the Goldberg truck, but will return to spiderman at the next event. And Big Yoda is here for his first Monster Drags race driving the nWo machine.  Cory Schwab was the slowest qualifyer and would have to face the fastest loser if he had any hopes of making it to the final round.
C.J. Bar is quietly improving his racing and is looking to have a great run here at the TWA Dome
                       RACING
Tonight held an inerseting night of racing, first Max in Goldberg and C.J. Bar in Wrechead would face each other in the first round of racing. C.J. was a little swirly around the turn, Max had faster turns, giving him the win. Remember Max is comming off his first win at the RCA Jam last week, and things are looking good for him tonight. Next, Big Yoda was next in the nWo, to face off against Dan DeFalco and Grave Digger. Dan was fast off the line, but swirly through the turns, Yoda was runnin great and was able to knock off Grave Digger, making it the 4th time he has not been to the finals since the season opnening race, but he would have another chance tonight. So it was Max and yoda, the winner would face the winner of the Grave Digger--T-Wrecks race. Max was hitting his marks tonight and knocked off Yoda. So Cory Schwab would face Dan DeFalco. Grave Digger with more problems in the turns and Cory with great turns, takes the win. So the final round is Cory Schwab in T-Wrecks vs. Max in Goldberg. The trucks are even off the start and through the first turn, here comes the finish and it`s MAx winning, Wait!!!. On the replay, it show that Max hit a turning pole, oooh tough break for Max who is disqualified and Cory Schwab gets the win.
FREESTYLE
Freestyle was great tonight, C.J. Bar started it off with Wrechead.com. C.J. earned a score of 19 but was the only one to use the full 2 minutes.
  Then Yoda went, using a minute of his time before flipping, but did some nice whellies. yoda scored a 13.
Then Max freestyled, driving Goldberg for one night, the Monster Drags does not yet have a full time Goldberg driver, Max was trying it out, and he also picked this truck to run in the XMRA racing league.
Max had a pretty good freestyle going with goldberg. But it all went wrong when he hit the bus wrong and flipped over, geting a score of 17.
Then Cory Schwab went and he had a great run, did a lot of whellies and got great air while going backwards on the crucsh cars. Cory got a 26.
Dan DeFalco and Grave Digger was the last truck to freestyle, Dan is the defending freestyle winner from last week and hopes to win another. He starts off with a nice sky whellie and tries to tear up the track the best he can. But with 10 seconeds left, Dan hits the bus crooked.
  Dan rides on two wheels but can`t make the save and Grave Digger violently flips over.
Dan gets a 21, not enough for the win. So that makes Cory Schwab the winner in freestyle. Congratulations to cory and the rest of the drivers and we`ll see ya next week for more Monster Drags action.
