As we get closer to the end of the Monster Drags 2001 season, the time has come for the IMJRA Monster Trucks to do battle at the Psyco Dome. Grave Digger and Bigfoot are the racing favorites because the track is very similar to the Brampton City Monster Jam track. An unexpected late ponts battle has emerged between Grave Digger and Bigfoot. Also here along with grave digger and bigfoot are Goldberg, Carolina Crusher, USA-1, Wrecnhead.com, and Blacksmith. RACING Racing was very competitive tonight, Dan DeFalco and Grave Digger defeated Camaro69 in USA-1.Bigfoot beat Blacksmith, Goldberg defeated Wrenchead, Carolina Crusher got a by-run. The final four trucks were Grave Digger, Goldberg, Bigfoot, and Carolina Crusher. First Grave Digger and Goldberg faced off, Dan had a great run as Grave Digger took out Goldberg. Flare in Bigfoot took out Big Yoda in Carolina Crusher. So the finals were set up. The two trucks battling for the points lead would face off to determine the winner. The current points leader, Dan DeFalco and Grave Digger 14, against Flare and Bigfoot. It was a very close race, but Bigfoot managed to just edge out Grave Digger in a photo finish. Flare gains on the points leader. FREESTYLE In freestyle, C.J. Bar is the favorite to win in Wrenchead.com, he had a dissapointing run though, and he flipped it way too early, He would score a 11. Camaro69 had a pretty good freestyle run with USA-1, he scored a 25. Dan DeFalco had a pretty good run, he ended a little early then he wanted to though. He tied USA-1 with a 25. Then, Big Yoda took the lead with a score of 36. Flare flipped way too early on his run too and scored a 10. But the ran of the night belonged to Max. He had a great frestyle run with the Goldberg truck, he had great moementtum. The freestyle win tonight belonged to Goldberg, Max wins with a score of 27. |
